Again, you may need to do a quick Google search for some of the words you find in the System section of the AIDA64 application entirely. However, as you can see, the codename is always in there somewhere so be sure to keep a lookout for it. Each one has their codename listed in a different spot within the AIDA64 application. This will erase the phone and reset it to factory conditions.In the video above, I show you how to find the codename for three different smartphones including the Google Pixel 2 XL, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro. Select “Erase Device” if your phone has been lost or stolen and you don’t expect to get it back.You can also display a message or phone number on the lock screen to help recover your device. Select “Secure Device” to prevent anyone from accessing your phone data.
If the phone is turned on and connected to the Internet, it will play the sound regardless of the phone’s volume setting. Select “Play Sound” to remotely command the phone to play a ringtone sound.
Please note that some Android models may offer a different app Samsung phones, for example, have their own Find My Mobile app. The Find My Device feature is part of the default operating system on Pixels and some other Android phones, and is usually enabled by default. Also, the phone must be turned on and connected to a Google account. The Find My Device feature requires two things to be enabled: the feature itself (of course) and Google’s location services. If you have an Android phone, you can use the Find My Device feature to (hopefully) find your phone again. Phones have become such an important part of our daily lives that it can be instantly traumatic if you suddenly can’t find your phone, whether you left it in a taxi, accidentally fell out of your pocket, or lost it under your bed.
